Undergraduate Studies - General Information
Since September 2013, a new 5 year Program of Studies is in operation.
The curriculum is drawn up by the General Assembly of the Department. A review of the program can be made every April, following the recommendation of the Study Committee.

The courses are distinguished into core (MYY) and electives (MYE) Each course is described by a number code. After the code follows the course title and three numbers. These numbers represent the hours of teaching of theory, exercises and laboratories respectivily. Each course corresponds to credits and its ECTS credits. The ECTS credits of a course express the required workload.
Each academic year all core courses are offered and some of the elective courses too.

The Computer Science & Engineering Department offers its students the possibility to assemble up to ten (10) ECTS credits, after they follow and successfully examined in courses of other Departments.
The statement of courses should be made in the beginning of each semester and in exclusive deadline of two weeks. The maximum number of courses in which the student can register is six (6) for first semester, five (5) for second semester and nine (9) for all others. Thesis is like a statement of five (5) courses.
At the statement of courses core courses of previous semesters should be at first priority and core courses of current semester should follow.
