A Short History
I received my B.Sc. degree from University of Crete, Heraklion, Greece, and my Ph.D. degree from University of Toronto, working under the supervision of Allan Borodin. Since then I have worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow in University of Rome, La Sapienza, working with Stefano Leonardi, and at University of Helsinki, working with Heikki Mannila, and as a Researcher at Microsoft Research, Search Labs, a group founded by Rakesh Agrawal. In 2011 I joined University of Ioannina, where I am currently Associate Professor. In 2023 I became Collaborating Senior Researcher at Archimedes Research Center.
