In general, and especially from the pandemic outbreak and onwards, visitors (incl. supervised students) are required to make an appointment for in-person meetings at any office space. These meetings generally take place on Thursdays 12-2pm, and by exception on any other timeslot. You are strongly advised to make an appointment in any case.
